At Drift Salon we use a “beaded row method” with hand-tied hair. Small sections of your natural hair will be clamped into silicon beads, creating a row that the wefts of hair will be stitched to.
Yes! The hair and technique we use is very customizable to your hair color and density. We also can custom color our extensions and trim to create a seamless blend.
When extensions are installed properly, with attention to detail, proper at home care and maintenance, hand-tied extensions are not damaging.
Every 6-8 weeks, extensions need to be moved up. During this appointment, extensions will be removed, new beads will be placed, and the extensions will be re-installed. During this appointment, any maintenance color to your natural hair or extensions can be done.
